Adopt a dog for 5-10months

Hey, this is my dog Molle. He’s a 6 year old shi tzu dog. Since I’m moving out of the country (Sweden), I’m looking for a temporary home for him until I settle down and bring him with me. The waiting period will around 5-10 months. I’ll pay for food and insurance, I just need you to take care of him. Thanks
